This PR is to add Finnish as a language option, although it was not requested in Issue #60.

I just saw that there is a swedish translation and thought why not. I had the time and energy to do it in finnish, so here you go.

By translating this tool, I hope to lower the threshold for young finnish people to start and play with traffic inspection tools. I would assume that the experienced ones would resort to english.

I am not familiar with Rust, but I thought I made the necessary additions in the right places.

I removed the flag form the README just because I usually add them when the release is dropped
