Fix UserEndedRun - Fixed a bug that prevented the record from being posted due to a manual stop of previous RMC runs.
Updating log notifications - Leaderboard posts can now returns messages in the notification log
Added posting attempts - Too many failed attempts will not send the RMC/RMS record
