• As a user in the Charity role I want to be able to create n number of projects for consideration so that I can get my projects accepted for the event
• As a user in the Volunteer role I want to be able to view all projects submitted by charities so that I can volunteer for a project
  ** When a project has been staffed with all required roles notify the charity that the project has been accepted and notify all team members that they will be working on that project.
• As an Administrator I want to be able to assign volunteers to a project
