This adds the recipe for the Infinite Spray Can. It's tiered to mid/late IV, post platline, intended as a small reward for doing platline.
The plates from top to bottom are Tungsten, Palladium, and Iridium. Inside is a 9-slot IV battery buffer, IV WA, and a bunch of nonsense meant to represent a (very bad) rainbow cactus farm. The fence is oredicted.
