Hafnium is now used in gorge for Quark Gluon Plasma, but there is no actual way to obtain it in endgame amounts without just processing ilmenite or monazite, both which are supposed to be skipped with QFT. So this PR adds Hafnium as one of the possible outputs in the ilmenite processing in QFT to account for that.
