add energy and quantum bridge cards

2 cards from this PR #189:

1. The Energy Card eliminates EU consumption for wireless terminals.
2. The Quantum Bridge Card is analogous to the Infinity Booster Card. The option to upgrade terminals with the Infinity Booster Card is retained, but its recipe will need to be removed and the upgrade through it disabled.

My goal: to break down the PR asdflj into parts, as well as replace and get rid of the mod ae2wct.

For GTNH, I will add the recipes through the GTNH Core mod:

1. For the Quantum Bridge Card, I will use the same recipe as the Booster Card.
   
2. For the Energy Card, I will create this recipe. It will be available from the LuV tier.
