Settings Page Updates and Sign Up Dropdown

Redesigned the Settings Page, added log out button with confirmation modal. Make settings correctly save in local async storage, will be saved when the user leaves the page and returns.
Added sign up dropdown with same static list of chapters as website.

Bugs:

• Sign up dropdown is static -> does not pull from MongoDB
• Chapter dropdown does not affect the sign up process - this seems to be linked with Firebase and not Mongo
• Added some models and api backend but there is no preexisting access to Mongo I can find, it seems like this is only pulling from Firebase, but is not functional
