Instead of requiring new IO for the simulation stuff, we could override the behavior of REV and CTRE motors. We could also do it for WPILib, but that'd need to be more involved (and the websocket interface might be better anyway). Basically reroutes all JNI calls to
frc.lib.simclasses. Currently does this via autogenerated rust, though probably could do it with ASM to avoid needing to use github packages and different vendordeps.
