The current Django CMS version (develop-4) requires python to be >=3.8 which is not compatible with python 3.7 during testing. Therefore, python 3.7 needs to be dropped for all testing purposes. - Remove Python 3.7 from the GitHub workflow matrix - Update `tox.ini` to exclude Python 3.7 environments
