This pr fixes following problems mentioned in #50250:

• parsing error with special characters
• amount display value in cents
• improve performance of filter validation
• fix reordering of standard filters
• Using the router and putting a link removes the link for the search results

Yes, the link dropping issue was a parsing problem. When you pasted the link parsing error occurred and router navigated to search page with the last query without error.

1. Click on the "Filters" button.
2. Choose both "greater than" and "less than" values for the total filter.
3. Click on "View Results."
4. Click on the "Filters" button again.
5. Issue: Notice that only the "less than" value is preserved, while the "greater than" value is missing.
