In addition to upgrading Wagtail to 5.2.3, this release has a few new features (new information on protocols, PIs on the "wall of shame", the missing Reference Set Working Group) and a few security improvements (jQuery upgrade, resource integrity, autocompletion being disabled on password fields), and some minor bug fixes. For web page editors, it fixes the image float feature.
