I.e. Contianer now does not have .git nor .github nor Dockerfile, etc.
1. Sync docs via volumes. 2. Restore TACC code that is wiped out. 3. Do not sync TACC code to host.
The copy commands fail after container is stopped. Removing it is nice for storage space, but perhaps negligible. Keeping it will avoid confusion for anyone new to debugging containers.
