OK, so I went to update the docs in https://github.com/DemocracyClub/EveryElection/wiki/Updating-ONSPD and realised that the docs are still referring to ansible playbooks and other obsolete stuff. |

A newer version of uk-geo-utils exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
