Version 2.0.0 Release

This version changes the supported versions of Mixxx.

This mapping only supports the 2.3 version. Older versions are not supported.

The 1.0.0 mapping was incorrectly labeled as supporting Mixxx 2.2, but it really didn't work. This release is functionally equivalent as the 1.0.0 release, but the Mixxx version has been corrected. It is labeled as 2.0, because it officially breaks compatibility with Mixxx 2.2, even though it never really worked with 2.2.

Version 1.0.0 Release

Now that the mapping is complete, we are calling it version 1.0.
