StrainViz - SLURM enabled

New version with significant updates to source code.

• Can now handle strained alkynes
• Gives text output for all .tcl scripts with exact bond energies
• Allows specification of funcionals and basis set without modifying base code
• Units changed from Hartrees to kcal/mol in certain instances
• Contains a script for submitting to a SLURM scheduler

This release colors based on the gradient and gives only qualitative results that may be misleading.
