Adds colourful blocks for your traditional build needs!
Includes columns, cornices, poles, stairs, slabs, and more. Spice up your city with colour!

New biomes:

Pastel blue in end_midlands;
Emerald green in swamp_hills;
Pastel green in swamp;
Pastel yellow in tall_birch_hills;
Pastel orange in wooded_hills;
Burgundy in nether.
Additional blocks in following biomes:
Cold_ocean (blue);
Flower_forest (pink).

UPDATE 25.02.2023 ---- patched release to fix crashes due to sign naming. Thanks to Ghostiyra for the patch.

UPDATE 27.08.2023 ---- fixed an issue where grass blocks turn invisible with better grass on. Thank you Sjouwer!
