update tutorials utilizing icepyx (#89)

* try different method for getting images to render from md file

* update earthdata-cloud-access icepyx tutorial for v1

* WIP ATL15 (few unexpected icepyx errors)

* add note that notebook content is updated and may differ from videos

* update IS2-landsat tutorial

* update a few words

* update atl15 tutorial with newest icepyx features (requires dev install)

* removing changes back to last merge
