Remove user-focused content (#793)

* Remove community section

* Relocate glossary and add redirects

* Remove /users

* Adjust navbar

* Adjust sidebar and footer

* Address broken links

* Update links and file types

* External redirects

* Build and reinstate paths to enable redirects

* Update RedirectPage.js and apply component to relevant pages

* Amend redirects

* fixing missing circle

* jank initial script for reading URL and highlighting nabar item

* Remove directory, update Vercel redirects, adjust sidebar

* Amend JSON formatting

* fixing navbar highlighting for real
