Meetings
- This will be the 1:1 meeting of mentor with the contributor of the specific project, this is to establish the status of a project. The goal is to take stock of what has been accomplished, what is due to be completed and what roadblocks or challenges are anticipated.
- In this, contributor will provide the updates regarding the work which has been done during the week.
- Contributor will expected to create the week-wise update pages on this, this will include:
- Features Implemented/ Bug Fix
- Screenshots (if any)
- Links to the Pull requests / Issues
- The contributor will expected to capture the minutes of meeting for the next week milestones.
- This is the meeting for all the contributors and mentors for C4GT'22.
- In this meeting all the contributors will give 5 mins update to their peers and to the other mentors, this will help everyone to understand other's project and how it is creating an impact.
- This will also be the forum to discuss the problems faced by students and mentors.
