Create and activate a virtual environment
Install Python requirements
```
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
Start RabbitMQ and MongoDB in Docker containers
```
./bin/containers.sh start
```
Start the API
```
./bin/rift.sh start
```
Start the Celery workers
```
./bin/rift-worker.sh start
```
