- From the Current Members tab - Next to a vacancy listing, select the "add term" button. Select the "change person" button to choose a person to add to the commission.
- From the Seats tab - Click on the seat that the new member is filling. Then select the "add term" button. Select the "change person" button to choose a person to add to the commission.
Select the "edit term" button next to term of the member you'd like to change.
Select the "edit term" button of the member you'd like to replace. Change the dates to reflect the time the person served. Do not change the person here. When you hit submit, if the date you selected was prior to the current date, you will now see vacancy and can add a new member using the "add term" button.
