Fixes:

Android 15: disable edge-to-edge rendered UI
Android 15: Allow foreground service to run longer than 6 hours
Device address: allow quic4:// and quic6:// values to be entered

Note:
The gplay release has restrictions according to play policies thus will not run in the background for more than 6 hours.
