Upgrades the code base to at minimum use Python 3.10.
Collect all Python "administrative" files into the
pyproject.tomlfile, utilizing hatchling as the build backend.Remove ignoring the safety notice about the RDFlib issue - it has been solved.
Use SINTEF/ci-cd throughout for its callable workflows and pre-commit hooks.
Still rely on dependabot for updating dependencies, though.
Extend CI test job for testing the pre-commit hook against different pre-commit versions.
Configure and use ruff instead of
pylint, as well as pyupgrade.
