Summary pages were very large due to HTML blocks within tooltips which were repeating CSS codes for each project. For now as a quick fix, collapsed everything to one line, later on for the inner HTML blocks outside the tooltips, such as within each row, those will be saved to a CSS class for better readability.
This specific tag was originally using single quotes, this produced an issue as it would cause the tag to close prematurely with project names that contain an apostrophe. Fixed by simply replacing single quote with double quotes.
