Problem
The DOCKER_SHARED_VOLUME_WINDOWS environment variable is no longer needed.
Solution
The DOCKER_SHARED_VOLUME_WINDOWS environment variable has been removed.
Testing
Spinning up the project using docker-compose has been verified to work with these changes.
