This tool was made to:

Fix any Windows integrity issues
Fix random unexplainable issues with Windows 10
Fix Windows update errors

Instructions

Download WICS.cmd (from releases)
Run WICS.cmd
Accept the UAC prompt
Follow on screen instructions and you're done
