who knows if these things are actually archived, or will just be left to rot.

We've been told they'll be made read-only. I'd prefer not to write that we "cease development", the point is that it's moving homes, not stopping.

Just a quick comment: let's a wait a bit to merge this change. Just to get "an approval" on specific wording that one want to put on the projects. |

The rules for the closure of the BlueBrainProject, require us to archive this repository. This commit prepares the HighFive repository.
README.mdis converted to a stub, leaving only a banner, a teaser example and the funding attribution text.
