Adding More Blocks to Specialty Tool Break Tags

Adds both new and old blocks to several specialty tool break tags:

Rockcutter:

• Adds more overworld stones, including:
  • Calcite, Dripstone, Pointed Dripstone, Sandstone, Red Sandstone
• Adds more specialty/other dimensional stones, including:
  • Netherrack, Basalt, Blackstone, Endstone
  • Obsidian, Crying Obsidian, Smooth Basalt
• Adds Corals, both dead and alive as they're "living limestone"
• Adds some more silk-needing blocks, including:
  • Amethyst buds and Gilded Blackstone

Grinding Disc:

• Removes non-metal (Vanilla) storage blocks
• Adds Vanilla metal blocks, including:
  • Cauldron, Hopper, Chain, Iron Bars, Iron Door, Iron Trapdoor, Anvil, Weighted Pressure Plates, Lightning Rod
• Adds full-metal devices & metal multiblocks that were missing before
• Adds new decoration block categories:
  • Windows, Catwalks
• Adds forgotten new blocks:
  • Pipe Valve
