This pull requests moves tons of hardcoded strings into translatable strings, the majority of the commands were affected expect for the store and the items, prefixes were also affected, making them non-hardcoded.
Along with that, i made a Brazilian Portuguese (pt) translation, which has all the strings from the English one translated, the French and the Japanese translations are still the same and still needs to be translated.
