materials big data CRI 2022

Additional materials for the course in 2022.

We added several new materials in comparison to 2019 and 2020 coursed. There are new courses on:

1. API for data mining (Leo Blondel)
2. embedding techniques for high-dimensional data (Liubov, Marc and Chakresh Singh)
3. biases in data (Camille Masellot)
