Merge development v2.42.0 into master

-- Add 3D probe design -- Add probe registration extracted from SNIRF data with 3D landmarks -- Fix major issues with image reconstruction and it's display as well as display of sensitivity profile -- Match DataTree with Homer3 v1.79.3
