Add install instructions for Ubuntu Bionic 18.04

Installing on Linux is painful in comparison to windows or mac. Ubuntu is possibly the most common distro. I have been using linux off and on for 10-12 years and I had to start over after issues because I saw docker ignored that section. I had never used docker and thought it would be complicated. It was much faster than trying to compile it by hand. |
