This PR standardizes the text for all of the `created_by` tags wrt Marion as well as removes redundant `curator:mgr` annotations from the xrefs in the definitions in a handfull (<20) of occurrences Ideally, these would be more actionable by using an ORCID id, but I couldn't find one for Marion
