The bug that appears during the catkin build (Ubuntu 16.04, ROS Kinetic Kame) process, as before mentioned in the #132, has been fixed in according to the commit 78071a14 of the FFmpeg repository.

The bug during the catkin build process has been fixed in according to the issue AutonomyLab#132 and explained in 78071a14 of the FFmpeg repository
Updated changelog and package file into the bebop_driver folder.

Thanks for finding a fix to this bug, it will really help in the release to ROS Melodic.

@Voidminded or @mani-monaj, I am not authorized to merge pull requests on this repo. Would you be able to merge this one so that I can continue work on PR #168? If this PR is merged I can work towards releasing bebop_autonomy for ROS Melodic.

I am using the Ubuntu 18.04 and Melodic with 'bebop_autonomy' version 0.8.0 with the version_gte= 3_14_1 and I have an issue with the libbebop_driver_nodelet.so.
