Frequently Asked Questions
How do I record audio?
Audio can be recorded directly from the headphone adapter/jack of your tablet into the sound input of your system. This method is not recommended as it is a "lossy" format. We recommend that you use a direct digital connection via AudioBus 3, AudioShare, or other similar method.
You'll need to use a third party DAW like GarageBand (free), BeatMaker 3, Cubasis, etc. (Link to GarageBand video which shows how to use AKS1 in GarageBand)
The audio can also be sent out to other apps using a tool like AudioBus 3 or AudioShare.
Why is it free?
Because millions of people have access to iPads, but until now, no one has ever made a Professional Grade, Cost-Free, Ad-Free, Open Source music synthesizer before. So, we decided to make history.

Do you like Pie?
