Stable version update

Updates include:

• Handle unmatched data modes for BGC vs. Core files (ex. core in D-mode, BGC in R-mode)
• Get trajectory index
• Updates to how configure works, interacts with io
• Do not load BGC index upon importing, speeding up import
• Bug fixes for loading all variables in a file
• Updates to default profile plot behaviour - plot all profiles by default
• Bug fix setting keyword arguments in plotting
• Update dataframe each time assign() is called
• Subset index using keyword arguments in loading function, saving code real estate for user
• Major fix to unit issue that was causing positive bias against SAGE results
