Core: return the created entrance when connecting regions #2406

What is this fixing or adding?

has Region.connect return the Entrance it connects, so that additional operations can be done to it beyond just adding rules to it.

How was this tested?

wasn't

I saw that when I was remaking the region cache and went huh, wonder why it isn't.

I just didn't consider someone would want to do additional things to the Entrance beyond adding rules to it, which the method already does. but then #1808 had a valid use case
