MVP part 2: charts which allow disabling/enabling points

MVP completed:

• For the last sensor, a chart is displayed for each calibration with the calibration points up to that calibration, the calibration slope as generated by Spike and the best fit line for the calibration points
• Calibration points on the charts can be toggled on or off by clicking on them, which excludes or includes them in the points from which the best fit is calculated
• Tooltips have been fixed
• Support for mmol/L

Part 1 of the MVP completed: for the last sensor, a chart is displayed for each calibration with the calibration points up to that calibration, the calibration slope as generated by Spike and the best fit line for the calibration points.
