This PR adds the FAQ page requested in #289.

The Brusselator page as of this commit is fairly barebones and should be fleshed out with text. It can also be extended to showcase implicit solvers and boundary conditions.

@lukem12345 Would you mind looking at question 5 in issue #289 for me? I'm not familiar with what "artificial diffusion" is.
