Thoroughly test all the new behavior in https://hyp3-test-api.asf.alaska.edu and https://hyp3-enterprise-test.asf.alaska.edu
Merge and validate support introduction of credits in the HyP3 API hyp3-sdk#259
Save and then delete Users table records; perhaps also write a script for re-creating them with the updated fields after merging
update the github branch protection rule for main to reflect the name change of the deploy action caused by parameter values changing

After merging:

Re-create the Users table records
Validate behavior in prod hyp3 deployments
Merge and validate Release v6.0.0 hyp3-sdk#260
