Motivation 🤔

�추천 로직을 점검하고 보완하는 작업을 진행합니다.

Key changes ✅

지난 추천 섹션 분할 이후 채널 추천 섹션에서 같은 영상 혹은 재생목록이 추천되는 문제점이 발견되어 이를 해결했습니다.
추천 섹션이 분할되면서 각 섹션의 추천 갯수가 적어졌다고 판단되어 추천 갯수를 조정했습니다.
두 섹션 모두 최대 20개의 강의만 추천되도록 변경되었습니다.

To reviewers 🙏

본인이 수강하지 않는 강의만 추천 리스트에 올라가므로 테스트 하실 때 부계정으로 등록하시거나, 본계정으로 등록후 삭제하시면 확인 가눙합니다
