This is a quick PR to see if we can unblock the blog being published and so that @yuvipanda can publish this one:
It adds the Roboto Medium font locally and references that, rather than the github version.
If it works:
I think we need a more robust blog system that the team can maintain together (and with less confusing error messages than Hugo gives) but for now I just wanted to quickly unblock Yuvi
