Description
We should improve our CI workflows to better detect issues when making changes to the Kurtosis stack. Currently, our system lacks the ability to assess the impact of modifications, such as supporting fork 12, across our different use cases. We should adopt a more robust testing framework, similar to the one used by the ethereum-package.

Note that the erigon sequencer with new zkevm stack and cdk validium scenario is missing. Same for legacy zkevm sequence and legacy zkevm components. It will be supported with #234.
