Id like to use the ZynReverb externally but I couldnt manage to build it with cmake.

I suspect you're running into the libdl check in src/Plugin/CMakeLists.txt that turns those compilation targets off. As long as you can work around that bit I think they'll build cleanly on windows with lv2 and VST2 targets, though this isn't something that I've tested in a windows environment.

Using the build scrips, the effect plugins build seamlessly for Linux. But the windows target seems to build the synth plugin only.

I had errors building Zest for Windows but I do not need the interface for ZynReverb. All i want is the ZynReverb.dll .

I appreciate the solution but I am a musician who does not program actively. So I dont think I know how to edit that file properly.

ZynReverb is the best sounding reverb I discovered so far. So id love to use it in my DAW on Windows if there is a way for me.
