In the vM25 Gencode manifest file, how was the CpG Island/Shore/Shelf annotation obtained?

Hello sesame community,

I was wondering if someone could help me understand how the CpG Island/Shore/Shelf annotation and the CGI coordinates were obtained in the vM25 manifest file, please?

I was also wondering if all the probes/CpG Loci that are not labeled as a CpG Island, Shore, or Shelf would be considered Open Sea?
