state from old devices

Dear all,

i have and old z-wave device that i bought several years ago.
i can work with him from the z-wave-js-ui and it's report perfectly.

when i change end point state i getting the error:

and the endpoint is 0, so i don't get the state.
the light is turned on, but no state.
only when i press the refresh button, i getting the state :(

i think i didn't explain correctly, sorry.
i see the lines that i wrote above.
but as you can see, it's saying the endpoint 0 is change from 0->255 or 255-> (True and False)
when it should be the correct endpoint, therefor , the state isn't changing, even in ui.
but once i press refresh, i getting the correct state.
this is why i am confused.
but when i run it from UI, i getting the correct command.

but when i touch physiclay on the device itself i getting:

By checking this logs seems you are actually calling refreshCCValues but I don't see what you get when you physically toggle the device
