Cannot find documentation on: how to configure the Zowe clients for certificate authentication

Feedback from customers installing & using the Zowe clients (CLI & VS Code Explorer) indicates they cannot find concise documentation on how to configure them for CERTIFICATE AUTHENTICATION. They stated they managed to find information by searching the medium.com blog site. This process is inefficient, time consuming and may not lead the customer the the most current and recommended process.

Describe the solution you'd like

Consider adding a section within Zowe Docs beneath the CONFIGURING / CONFIGURING CERTIFICATES section that describes what needs to be considered for the clients. Something like "setting up certificate authentication for Zowe clients" .
