When you ran PortProxyGUI on your Windows 11 VM, did it prompt you to
download the .NET runtime?
I got it to work by:
1. Starting the Windows Sandbox on Windows 10
2. Running PortProxyGUI in the Sandbox
3. Let PortProxyGUI download the .NET runtime
4. Copy the runtime installer to my Windows 11 machine
5. Install the .NET runtime
So I guess the main problem was that PortProxyGUI was not able to download
the .NET runtime for me on Windows 11, but it was able to on Windows 10.
Maybe you could put a link to the correct .NET runtime on the Github readme
Thanks for looking into this.

Seeing error 'To run this application, you must install missing frameworks for .NET. Would you like to download now?
Clicking yes appears to do nothing.
Tried installing .NET 6 runtime and SDK. Still get the same error.
