Add Gen3 link to Organize button

We should add a link to the Gen3 organizer pages. Here's an idea for how it could be done:

Would the default if you simply click the "Organize" be "New Organizer Portal" and you only get to "Old Organizer Portal" by explicitly clicking that link?

My suggestion is that when you click the "Organize" button it doesn't navigate anywhere by default, but instead open a dropdown where you have to pick either the old or the new.

But I'm open to other suggestions as well!
