Publish gateway.so and IDL on npm

We need an official version of the gateway published on npm and import that from the node repo. Not having this makes it hard to understand which .so and which IDL one needs to use.

Trying to build the gateway IDL locally with the same gateway ID as in the node repo.

I'm always getting the hardcoded version: ZETAjseVjuFsxdRxo6MmTCvqFwb3ZHUx56Co3vCmGis.

In the node repo: 94U5AHQMKkV5txNJ17QPXWoh474PheGou6cNP2FEuL1d.

Not sure how to compile it so that the IDL has the correct 94...1d program ID.
